Is there a feature to identify which e-mails in a conversation are exact copies of the e-mail string with the newest item on top? For example, I have 40 e-mails saved in a string because I can’t quickly determine if the seven conversationalists responded to the LAST e-mail in the string. When you are later searching all your e-mails for a specific string, you end up getting each of these 40 e-mails added to your results list and it quickly becomes overwhelming if you often function as part of a group. It isn’t enough to sort by the Subject line because it doesn’t guarantee they are exact copies. Any tips?

Hi Constance, I’m sorry, but I’m not aware of a function in Outlook that would do what you’re looking for.

I do love the way you have presented this specific issue and
it does indeed offer us a lot of fodder for consideration.
